pm problem

Just had a quick look through the forum to see if anything had ben posted on this before but couldn't find anything.

Been having a problem sending pm's. Sent 4 this morning but, while 1 got sent, the other 3 have been stuck in my outbox for the past couple of hours.

I thought this may be due to having cluttered up inbox/sentbox so have emptied those but the 3 messages still remain unsent.

Like I say this may have been something that has come up before so apologies if this is a repeat problem but any help would be appreciated.

It means the person you have sent it too hasn't opened it yet. Thats all.

Thats not a problem. Thats how it works. They stay in Outbox until they are read. Then move to Sent box.

It just means the person you've sent them to has not read them yet.

Personally I've not read the one you've sent me, I'm sick of the links you send containing gay porn.

I have replied TWICE to the first PM I received since joining FISO, from Cliffard on 09 Oct,
seeing my replies (still now) lingering in the Outbox I thought they got "stuck" there and were not sent, so he could think I was "rude" to not bother replying him....
...instead it's him not bothering to read replies to a PM he sent!

I'm wondering.... should I Delete a not yet read PM, would that act as a "Recall Message" removing it from his Inbox?
Had he already moved it (or deleted it...) without reading it. would it count as "read", or would it thus remain "forever" in my Outbox?

If you remove it then I think he sees you have sent a PM but when he tries to read it it it will it's been deleted.
If you leave it and he never reads it then it will stay in your outbox until the internet dies.
