The "Blackpool" Sweepstake Season 9: The Cardiff City one

Here we go at last - the competition you have been waiting for since realising your Huddersfield entry from last year was never going to win (about October time then)

Following on from the success of the
2010/11 inaugral Blackpool sweepstake (won by saintmark with 39) which I foolishly described as "the first and probably only ever annual Blackpool Premier League sweepstake" and then
2011/12 "the Norwich City one" (won by Jimmy Tarbuck with a whopping 47) and then
2012/13 "the Southampton one" (won by AKNel1 with 41) and finally
2013/14 "the Crystal Palace one" (won by DrBunker with a semi-whopping 45)
2014/15 "the Burnley one" (won by bspittles with an underwhelming 33)
2015/16 "the Watford one" (won by Mo Bot with the highest entry of 43)
2016/17 "the Hull one" (won by thebillfella with a low 34)
2017/18 "the Huddersfield one" (won by bspittles, our first ever double winner with a modest, relegation avoiding 37)

The "Blackpool" Sweepstake - Season 9 - The Cardiff City One

Three contenders this year, none of whom have featured before. I've gone for Cardiff as they are the bookies favourites to be relegated, odds on with just last season's picks Huddersfield for company. The jinxing and reverse jinxing of teams in the sweepstake seems to be all over the place of late so that suggests, errrr, god knows. Easy survival or down by christmas?????

Usual rules, just guess how many points Blackpool, sorry, I mean Norwich, sorry, I mean Southampton, sorry, I mean Palace, sorry, I mean Burnley, sorry, I mean Watford, sorry, I mean Hull, sorry, I mean Huddersfield, sorry, I mean Cardiff City will get in the league this year. Just copy the last post on the thread, guess how many points they will get in the season, add your guess to the list and we'll see who wins. One entry each, no copying, no edits, closest wins.

Form guide: average winning score = 40ish

Entry restricted to the first 114 entrants or Cardiff's kick off, whichever comes soonest
