Hate this guy so much, had to go top of the pile for now. It's possible the idiots that appointed him will realise the mistake quite early, the Hammers crowd won't stand for his shite football and pressure could be on to have someone in post to spend some funds in January and stop the whole budget going on Fellaini.

I really didn’t see him getting another PL job without rebuilding his reputation at a lower level/in Scotland/with a national team. He will still be seen too much as “damaged goods” to get the players and fans behind him.

A bit harsh as it turned out, he did what was asked of him in the face of a poisonous atmosphere between owners and fans. They seemingly want a more glamorous name... if he was Davide Moyez then he might have retained the job.

Maybe they’ll get Allardici back in a reverse job-swap with Everton

It’s not harsh and there is no winner. Moyes was not sacked, he elected not to seek an extension to his contract, probably because the owners are not his cup of tea.
