It is a fantastic album. Simple twist of fate and tangled up in blue are right up there in his long list of great songs

Listening to Bringing it all back home (mono version) now (drinking St Bernadus 12 - another Belgian beer. Was in Gent last week and stocked up)

They were indeed. A sort of folk/punk band. Saw them live at a festival last year and still going strong.

40 years maybe but I only bought it for the first time last year (I'm too young ). Not sure which anniversary mine celebrates but it is a double CD with live album. Good to hear the raw versions - how the band were without Martin Rushent's controlling (but great) production.

Great album too. Listened to it only last week in the car. Also heard a cover of a track from it (New Dawn Fades?) By LCD Soundsystem when 6 Music were talking about the 40th anniversary earlier this week.
