I read the other day that, by US law, Bourbon barrels can only be used once. Hence they get sold to (Scotch) whisky and beer companies etc. First use there takes out all the bourbon flavour so not used a third time.

I mainly got it as it was £20 and therefore with free delivery off Amazon. It's quite nice.

Must try bourbon properly one day.
A) I love the biscuits
B) The malts matured in bourbon barrels are usually good
C) I like Southern Comfort (which is technically a "boubon based liqueur" - I think)
