Countries aren't supposed to own football clubs. This just heightens the farce of the PL pretending that's not the case. The UAE is funding City and soon Saudi Arabia will do the same for NUFC.

Yep, guilty as hell but got off on a techicality(/UEFA screw up) - basically by having more money to spend on lawyers than UEFA.
