Ive had a mare of a capping run.

Picking Luque for the Newcastle bonus was dumb, although I got some decent day trading out of him.

but a succession of low price high rising shares have suddenly reversed, and because ive only been checking once or twice a day ive made next to nothing since Thursday morning

Congrats on the New Tropical Island!

Dunno exactly, but it would be under 10mil

I didnt put the time in, I left a couple of 1.30 shares in for a day each and logged on to find they had been losing me money for 8 hours.

Missed a win bonus by picking Luque instead of a real Newcastle player, and had no dividend.

Rubbish.

On a capping run this week.

Missed the Saturday win bonus cos I was trying to fix the lawnmower  , but got the guaranteed Sunday win bonus with Rokokoko, so not a bad start, although day trading over the weekend was pretty slow. Should be on for £20mil+ if I can keep my eye on the day trades.

Should get my second tropical island by the weekend

I was on a capping run the week before last and only finished at a mere 12m, but it did the job nicely. Just about the best one I've ever had actually. I can only dream of numbers in the 20s!

I'm 26th on the leaderboard today.Apparently Dettori is a massive dividend this week but only saw it last night just before he reached the movers' board. So giving the WB a miss but normally a WB like that would be a good play.

Dropped a bollock last night. Hovered over Theo for the WB but plumpled for AJ in the end. Cost me about £3.5mil, which means I'll be down about £7 mil come capping day. Would have been in line for close to £30mil, but now looking at about £22m with a fair wind.

Hit £22m. Pity about the WB - would have been about £29-£30mil if I'd have gone for Theo instead of AJ.

Got the Arse WB today - just missed out on the Rugby one (unless they allow the first Daq listed try scorer - 1st try scorer isn't listed). Just ticking along now waiting for the next capping run to come along.

Looks like the captain's jumped ship and left the crew to fend for themselves

Ouch. At least you'd just been capped - Imagine if this had happened when you were on £20mil

Glad to see you've not dropped out, but how do you go about getting back from 40p?? You can't buy any shares so can't make any more money. I'll lend you a tenner if you like

Definately e-mail. I'd be suprised if they didn't give you another 10 to save you setting up another account. They've done it before in other circumstances (the death of Paul Hunter comes to mind)

Bummer

Who's in charge of adding users to the league? or can you just enter yourself (in the nicest possible way).

Have to say that I do keep forgetting to check my investments these days. On a capping run at the moment - currently £11m - might make £17 - £18mil with a fair wind if Leon Pryce carries on the good work overnight and tomorrow.

is bloggie coming back in??

Numbers and interest seem to be dwindling...

I'm sitting on Jason Gardener at the moment, hoping for a bit of a divi. Made 19mil on capping week, but do keep forgetting to check regularly and missed out on all of the WB's

I'm still playing. Keep logging in every now and then and spening my dividend buying Henry.

Might get a bit more active once the world cup starts :D
