Yes, very. Flemenstar now aimed at the Champion Chase and not the Gold Cup (where it wouldn't stay based on yesterday's run) or the Ryanair .
Sounds mad to me. Cannot see how it would beat Sprinter Sacre over 2 miles but surely would start a Ryanair as favourite
Ruby wants Tidal Bay to run in the World Hurdle. Nicholls (and I guess Wylie) would prob prefer the Gold Cup IMO
But winning the GC at 12???
Would be an amazing double after the Arkle a few years ago

Flemenstar owners now saying that he will go for The Irish Hennessey and anything beyond that is not guaranteed.stevejtr wrote:Yes, very. Flemenstar now aimed at the Champion Chase and not the Gold Cup (where it wouldn't stay based on yesterday's run) or the Ryanair .

Suddenly this game is alive again with half a dozen or so significant horses due to appear at the Trials Meeting tomorrow before Hurricane Fly in the Irish Champion on Sunday. The FA Cup takes third place in tele viewing priorities this weekend!! It's even behind Borgen as well.

An awesome performance by Sprinter Sacre. Just need Grands Crus and the Hurricane

Re: Tote Ten to Follow 2012-13
Disappointing day with only the one TTTF winner (SS) which was in virtually everyone's entry. So an entertaining afternoon was a fantasy waste of time. However what a terrific Neptune. The first two both appear top prospects, so I've done them both for the Festival, and also done them in a double. So building up a portfolio for March is now underway.

Good luck savvy, do you have a potential winner of the Aintree Hurdle or the National in your line up?
Much better than me, somewhere in the 400s, but looking at the popularity of the various Gold Cup horses, a win for Silviniaco Conti might get me close to the top hundred.
