...and here comes 2012 winner Ashers, moving up alongside SamD. Ashers is looking very comfortable and is now favourite in running. 2 lengths back is workie-ticket and two further back muddy and johngooch.

...and here comes 2012 winner Ashers, moving up alongside SamD. Ashers is looking very comfortable and is now favourite in running. 2 lengths back is workie-ticket and two further back muddy and johngooch.

Past the stands and it's he's seen it all before, he's five lengths clear and looking good, it's SamD ! But the chasing three contain two previous winners, both being held up for a challenge, nevblake and Ashers. Between them comes topspur who's possibly used up too much in getting to the front.

The rest of the field are only three lengths back but it's odds-on the winner will come from the front four.

At the back, Surprised has found his whip and is chasing hard. subsonic trails, but all runners have completed a circuit, which is a first !

47 points won this in 2010, SamD's already on 49 !!
