The Jump season brings the very best of Chase and Hurdle horseracing from November through to April. Races include iconic events such as the William Hill King George VI Steeple Chase, the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Grand National at Aintree.
Now you can add to the excitement with the Great British Racing’s FREE TO PLAY Fantasy Jumps Series game and the chance to win a 7 day holiday in Monte Carlo and a set of signed framed racing silks.
The aim of the game is to score the highest number of points in order to win the first prize.
It’s easy to play:
Become a Fantasy Owner by selecting your stable of five jockeys and five trainersPick two horses in each of the 70 races in the competition. Click on the Jumps 2014/15 Race Calendar for dates and times of all races in the Series. Racecards will appear on the site 48 hours before each race. You will also be able to make your horse selections on your mobile device via our mobile racecard website.
Your five jockeys and five trainers will score points for you every time they have a runner, winner or placed horse in each of the 70 races of the competition. Double points are available for the William Hill King George VI Steeple Chase on Friday, December 26, 2014; the Cheltenham Gold Cup on Friday, March 13, 2015 and the Crabbies Grand National on Saturday, April 11, 2015 Your two horse selections in each race will score additional points for winning or being placed in a race (usually second or third) You can select your stable at any time during the competition and you will score from the next race. At the end of each month, you will be able to change your Jockeys and Trainers. Two changes are available at the end of each month, after the start of the last race of the month and before the start of the first race of the following month. There are five stable change windows in the game so 10 changes in total are available Make your horse selections from 48 hours before each race right up to the scheduled start time of each race and you can also make your horse selections on the move via your mobile device Play as an individual or create a bit of friendly competition with friends, family or colleagues by setting up your own private Super Leagues. You can join a total of 4 Super Leagues, including private and public leaguesPRIZES
The Champion
The owner of the highest-scoring stable at the end of the 40 races in Great British Racing Jumps Series will win the first prize of a share in a Jumps racehorse with The Racegoers Club for a two-season period from September 2015 – see terms and conditions. The winner will also receive their own racing silks.
Runners Up
The stable owners finishing 2nd and 3rd will each receive their own racing silks, as well as a one-year membership to The Racegoers Club.
Monthly Winners
During the game, players will compete in the full duration of the Jumps competition. However, the owner of the highest scoring stable after the final race of each game month will win a Premier Day for two at the races at a Jumps race day featured in the following game month (excluding Cheltenham Festival and The Grand National Meeting). The winner of the April, monthly competition will win a Premier Day for two at a Great British Racing Jumps race day at the start of the 2014/15 season.
League of Super League
Players can also compete in their own private Super League. Super Leagues with a minimum of five eligible stables will also compete in the League of Super Leagues. The best performing Super League at the end of the Competition will win a Premier day at the races for 6 at a Great British Racing Jumps race meeting at the start of the 2014 season. This will be awarded to the Super League with the highest average points total based upon its five highest scoring teams.
