EURO Pairs 2012 sidegame

Alongside the main and H2H (they will be added later in the OP) leagues, I am also running a 'tournament' sidegame. The rules for the sidegame will be as follows:

• This will be a pairs competition, so only the first 32 applicants will be eligible to enter (first-come first-served, although there will two reserves just in case).
• To enter, simply add yourself to the copy-and-paste list running in posts below.
• Once the FPL season is finished and/or the 32 entrants are known (which ever comes later), the 32 will be divided into two pools (Pool A and B) according to their FPL performance.
• Everyone is invited to pair-up with someone from the other pool, and must explicitly state their pairing on this thread. To make clear, ONLY pairings of A+B are permissible.
• The deadline to state pairings will be midday (12:00pm) UK time on June 7th. If there are any unpaired entrants, they will be paired by random draw by me (Tacalabala) before midday on June 8th.
• All pairings will be seeded according to their combined FPL 2011/2012 season points total*, and will be assigned to represent the country corresponding to their seeding at Euro 2012. Thus, the highest seeding pair will represent Spain, the highest country at Euro 2012
• The pairings will take on the group stage schedule of their country, and the knockout stage will follow the exact same format as that of Euro 2012.
• Scoring will follow a similar format to that of FISO 5AS. Pairs will face other pairs in two single H2H matches, in which the highest scoring players will face other (in Matchday 1, this will be the highest scorer in FPL 11/12). Should the pair be tied, they will be ranked according to their FPL performance. A win in a H2H match will equal 1 goal scored (transfer penalties will be deducted from Matchday score, unlike FISO 5AS), whilst a draw will equal 0 goals. During the group stage only, an extra goal will be awarded to the highest scorer (if there is a tie, all those tied will be awarded), whilst an extra goal will be conceded by the lowest scorer (if there is a tie, all those tied will concede). During the knockout stage, should the result of the H2H matches result in a tie being drawn (0-0 or 1-1), the total points of the pairs (less transfer penalties) will decide who wins. If that does not seperate the pairs, the tie-breakers as detailed in the UEFA.com Game rules Knockout Cup section will determine the winners.
• The ranking of teams in the groups will be determined by the following factors (and in this order): group points (3pts for a win, 1pt for draw, 0pts for a loss); Game points (Fantasy points); goal difference; goals scored; higher number of group points obtained in the matches among the teams in question; higher number of Game points obtained in the matches among the teams in question (less transfer penalties); Game ranking of highest ranking manager in each pair; Game ranking of lowest ranking manager in each pair; Combined FPL total

* If only one manager in a pair played FPL 11/12, the score of that manager will be used alone. This will obviously result in an automatic low seeding, but I can't think how else to do it!

As Isalla and I are in a promotion / relegation battle I've had to do some wheeler dealing and whore myself out! If I stay in Pool B I'm with TheTon. If I go up to Pool A I'll be with Zoolander.
