WGC Dell World Matchplay Bracket game returns after the 2020 break

Briefly:
- a free competition run by US PGA Tour at https://fantasybracket.pgatour.com/
- 64 golfers qualify for Match Play event in Texas
- predict winner of 16 round robin groups and then of each pairing through to final
- make forecasts from Mon afternoon, 22 March
- deadline is first scheduled tee time on Wed 24th (usually around 1430 GMT)
- 24 FISOns entered last time
- password will be sent by PM to previous players when league is set up
