If we PM you our teams, are we allowed to make last ditch changes in the case of a team destroying injury Zimm?

Absolutely not. I feel sorry for you KK, this will probably be the only week I have all 11 players on show if anything like last season is to go by.

Prepare for a beasting!

Shouldn't need too many , this seasons team is much less 'experimental' than last.
No more top scores one week followed by 3 weeks of whuppings

I had a poor week defensively but a couple of goals - think I just scraped it over gaz but to be honest it just reminded me of the reason why I'm actually in The Championship in the first place.......!!

You sure did... by a big plastic thing as well.

Rainycat did indeed get dealt with, but with the lowest score of the weekend, that would have been the outcome no matter who he played.

Only 5 teams scored more than him this weekend, but sadly for Dr Bell, he played one of them. PA102AW coming out victorious in a high scoring encounter.

Week 1
Demorgoth 21 - 19 Red Dog
Takeshi Kovacs 27 - 27 Birchy
Kid Kongo 25 - 28 Gazwood
Dr Bell 50 - 56 pa102aw
Karrde 37 - 9 Rainycat

Week 2 - 23rd August

Well it wasn't the beasting I anticipated KK, but a win's a win no matter.

I would say 'good game', but I think we both no it was distinctively average

Would ya? That'd be great. I still can't sit down.

I mean c'mon look at my team - thats not a bad team is it? Ok nobody said Huddlestone was a good idea , but the rest looks good. I'm just putting it down to bad luck.

God my basic numeracy leaves a lot to be desired....thought I'd just scraped a win......I'm suprised my teams even add up to 50million with those addition skills!! Well played gaz anyway even though your team's only slightly less rubbish than mine!! 8-)

Oh come on, I get a pretty reasonable score first week of the season, and on top of the missus scoring higher than me AGAIN I dont get any la log points - why oh why do I play this game?

Man is quiet in here during the week.

Just looking ahead to my next battle... with Gazwood
DrBell - Gazwood
James - Green
Bosingwa - Bosingwa
Young - Agger
Lescott - Lescott
Hreidarsson - Baines
Lampard - Lampard
Gerrard - Young
Palacios - Dos Santos
Ashton - Tevez
Crouch - Bent
Yak - Torres

Looks like it could be a tough game for me - defences would look well matched except for another very hard game for Pompey :-( Gerrard is the key to my more expensive midfield delivering the goods, and upfront Im pretty nervous.

To be honest, I will be very interested to see how this game goes, as while I am very happy with my team - Gazwood's team looks a lot like the team I would have entered were I to enter a gambling team rather than my "solid 11". Actually, Tevez, Young and Green were in my selection for a considerable amount of time before being nudged out, but Bent, Dos Santos, Agger and Baines are all players I considered strongly but decided to play safe. As I said, they would all have been in a 2nd gambling 11 had I had hte cash to enter one. Will my Steady Eddie approach to TW1 pay off?
