hi guys newbie to fiso 7 any one tell me which is the best of the 5 formations to use

There is no easy answer to that. Experiment with formations using the 10 wildcards. Choose whatever gives you the strongest player combination and will fit players you have in mind to transfer in. You will be making lots of transfers so choose a formation that gives you flexibility when making the max 2 transfers per week.

I won last year with 442, now on 343 draft.
