Lots of red arrows there?

No training done?
Always get mine to boost up the day after the CR

Yes sell Jamie and buy a good 17/4 MF player

Another way to remember is when it says that the Transfer Window opens between 72 and 96 hours.

I'd suggest you need to be training the low form youngsters much more. Quick before spirey gets here or you're in trouble :P

Is 12 really Asingar's favourite shirt number?

Squad looks in decent shape apart from the keepers. I'd be thinking about moving one of the strikers on next season (maybe the lowest in the skill band).

Are we seeing the same picture?
the bank balance is on there...8.5 mill
The oldest GK is retiring, so I can't sack him
What should I be doing with my training? I'm such a noob

You can sack players due to retire btw :)

Re training. As a rule of thumb, always train those players with red diagonal or red vertical form arrows.

Any teenage player it's a good plan to train those with a black horizontal arrow too.

And when their average form is lowish.

(personally I don't understand the form trends that people spot). So maybe I can learn someting here too.....

I always train the players pre-season until their form is 15+. If the player is 30+ then I may not train so much.
Higher form at the start of the season should mean higher AF and higher DV, if played enough.

Asinger and najmadini were both youths that joined in last week or so, which may explain something
I had been trying to sell asinger, but no takers so figured i'd keep him

Give Asinger his favourite shirt number. Diva's perform better if you do.

Do any other players perform better with their favourite shirt number?

Does a team who have all players with their favourite numbers have a head start over other teams?

A simple training rule is as follows

especially with your bank balance

Train every player 25 years old and under if their current form is less than 15

Train every player 26-30 if their form drops below 12

Train over 30s only if form drops below 10

dont train over 32s at all

Rich to look for form trends you have to go onto the players page

look at the graph. some black arrows show a miniscule downward trend - TRAIN them

I would also be tempted to train horizontal lines and any upward trend that is shallowing - especially if actual form is 14 or lower.
