Re: Hardcore Area
Wow - they really have messed this one up.
For a site that was already struggling to retain players this isn't going to help one bit. My VIP is under re-consideration when it expires in the next couple of months

Re: Hardcore Area
It was kind of up a few minutes ago, and I managed to pick the new forward for the Alliance's friendly, tonight.
Yesterday's games seem to be postponed for 24 hours.

I "think" i set up my tactics for todays matches this morning, but the site was almost unusable. I knew they would mess this up. Just knew it.
So no use really. This is not fun, we are really sorry about this. We still have difficulties getting it all to work properly. We work hard to try to find the reason of our problems. For now our main focus is to get the site up and running correctly.

Re: Hardcore Area
I have just sent the following message to the support people on the website....
I won't hold my breath, but I am spitting feathers hereHi. This morning in the few moments I had access to the site I spent 2.2 million econs on training my players in my Euro League public team to coincide with the end of season CR. Now that the league match has been postponed to next Thursday, can I have the 2.2 million econs refunded to my Team RTTKP bank balance?
It happened due to no fault of mine and had to save hard for those Econs.
Many thanks.

Re: Hardcore Area
You should have added that you've planned your YA to peak at your optimum 4.5 stars next week too and that it will drop by a star so they owe you a 16/4?Richt wrote:I have just sent the following message to the support people on the website....

You will get a million in sponser activity so I think they should refund you a million. You've hit the worst case scenario.
