Re: GW35 transfers - (Deadline Friday 7th May 1830)
Anyone know what's happening with Everton defs (apart from Digne)? Are Holgate and Godfrey pretty much nailed for their next 3 fixtures? Obvious I'd rather bring in Keane or Coleman but their recent benchings are putting me off. Worth the risk?

Cancelo > Godfrey
Dias > Maguire
Bamford > DCL
considering getting rid of my ill thought out purchase of Moura and replacing him with Zaha.
Is Zaha worth a buy? He's not done a massive amount recently but they have 2 decent fixtures in this DGW which tempts me towards him.
Is it worth dropping 4pts to get him in for this.
My current line up for this week:
Pickford
Maguire, Gordfrey, TAA
Fernandes, Son, Jota, Moura/Lingard
DCL, Iheanacho, Kane

or perhaps Greenwood would be a better move, even though he then gives me 4 players who play the following week.

I’m considering Zaha instead of Greenwood.fairfranco wrote: ↑07 May 2021, 16:22 Is Zaha worth a buy? He's not done a massive amount recently but they have 2 decent fixtures in this DGW which tempts me towards him.

He had a minor groin issue last weekend but played 90 mins and Hodgson didn’t mention him in today’s press conference...

I've decided on Greenwood in the end.
Re Everton defence: Godfrey will always play.
Keane has had an injury and is more likely to get rotated when everyone fit.

Didn't miss deadline this week, which is good! Nothing too exciting mind...

Re: GW35 transfers - (Deadline Friday 7th May 1830)
Decided to leave the Man U assets alone (already have Bruno) and instead use some of my spare cash to upgrade my bench fodder:
Davis DCL.
That keeps two FT's for next week, when I plan on bringing in a Leeds player or two.

It's looking more and more like Saiss Lindelof. I can't justify getting in Henderson as part of a hit when we pretty much know for certain that Forster will play both games this week even though I'm probably starting Mendy over him.
I still wanna keep my Spurs players and Lingard's final two are too juicy to pass up on...

It’s too late now anyway and I’ve took your advice on a -4 but if Keane is fit is it Holgate that will play alongside him? If so does that mean Godfrey will then play RB and Coleman will be benched?fairfranco wrote: ↑07 May 2021, 17:18 I've decided on Greenwood in the end.

Re: GW35 transfers - (Deadline Friday 7th May 1830)
Hoping for one clean sheet from Henderson with this forlorn attempt to win a ML:
One 4 point hit: Forster, Holding, Kane Henderson, Digne, DCL. Planning to get Bale in next week and captain. No Kane until next year now...

Re: GW35 transfers - (Deadline Friday 7th May 1830)
In the end I decided I couldn't risk no Bruno, so did Son Bruno, funded by Vardy DCL.
I'm a goal and an assist and -4 down on these, but feel that is ok as Vardy had NEW so could have been worse.
Now need Bruno (C) to start the clawback...
