TAA (mun)
Jota (mun)
Coady (wba)
Vydra (WHU)
bench two
currently playing TAA and Vydra, benching Coady and Jota, in that order

Re: Who to bench 20/21
I've got a similar conundrum but only on whether to play Jota or Vydra. I was leaning towards benching Jota as well but will Vydra even start?

Re: Who to bench 20/21
Seem to be a lot of people saying he won't start. I can see that, with Klopp going with his usual front three for Man Utd away.
Here is my conundrum... play 1:
Shaw (LIV)
Saka (New)
Jota (Mun)
I am leaning towards playing Saka, but Shaw is perhaps the 'safe' move. I am also currently playing Castagne and TAA.

I'd probably bench Saka. Think he might get a rest after last night.eastcentral1 wrote: ↑30 Apr 2021, 10:27Seem to be a lot of people saying he won't start. I can see that, with Klopp going with his usual front three for Man Utd away.

Why is he out? Ughh. I was gonna roll but now need to play Struijk or do something with Philips. No MITB so who could I even bring in for Philips?DeanoMK wrote:Rudiger is out, confirmed by Tuchel, makes one of them an easy pick now at least.Highlander12 wrote:TAA (mun)

Re: Who to bench 20/21
Cooper is still suspended so Struijk should start. Not an awful option given Brighton's result last week and their weakness from set pieces.slyger wrote: ↑30 Apr 2021, 15:03Why is he out? Ughh. Play Coufal (bur) or Jota (mun)?
Already playing TAA, Shaw, Salah from united game if it makes a difference.

Re: Who to bench 20/21
I have the same decision slyger. What have you decided? Vydra is more likely to start than Jota, and West Ham is a poorer defence right now. But am I really benching a Liverpool mid for a Burnley second striker?slyger wrote:I've got a similar conundrum but only on whether to play Jota or Vydra. Yeah, benched Jota as well. My only fear is both Mo and Mane might be fasting and so Jota might play the full 90.slyger wrote: Well the deadline has passed mate and I benched Jota so I hope you got it sorted

Rudiger. Wouldn’t surprise me if he couldn’t start both games due to fitness. And longing for a CS against Citeh is a gamble.Cicada wrote:Rudiger (mci, ARS), Jota (SOU, mun), or Lingard (EVE)?

Re: Who to bench 20/21
Still got a keeper to bench.
Meslier or Fabianski?
On the surface, I’d go Meslier but with Chris Wood on form and Burnley scoring in 9 games on the spin, I’m leaning towards Fabianski against Brighton minus Maupay.

The bookies are in no doubt. Clean sheet odds: Leeds 5/2, WHU 19/20
Edit: bookies could hardly have been more wrong...

Who to bench 20/21
GW37. Biggest conundrum of my season.
Fabianski
Meslier
Phillips
Trent
Dallas
Saiss
Shaw
Bruno
Greenwood
Lingard
JWP
Son
Kane
Adams
Nacho
As it stands, I’m going for Meslier, Saiss and Nacho. Sure, I can be accused of hedging bets with a Dallas/Adams/JWP but I’m hoping for attacking returns for all three.
Fourth sub is damn tricky.
