Relegation

Obviously I'm bored......

So which Clubs\Players are the vultures hoping go down, so they can be bought on the cheap?

This was inspired by Sky using a pic of Ake, so I guess he is one?

Loads.

Clubs will be after Sarr, maybe also Doucoure and Foster.

Obviously Grealish too. Declan Rice another.

The fee for Cantwell will probably allow Norwich to keep a fairly strong squad for the Championship.

I read someone has a deal in place for Rice, and to play him at CB - which could be interesting. Obviously I've forgotten which top Club....

I'd kinda like AV to stay up as it would open up more possibilities re Watford, but do WHam offer us much?

Is guess that either\both FB's could be bought and loaned back, which doesn't help and some may go for Pukki?

That's Chelsea.

It was them or Citeh. FPL could have him as a Mud though?

Rice has been linked with Chelsea for a while but the CB move was more recent. It's fuelled by his former academy status and his friendship with Mount....and the fact that we need something better at CB. Someone who can pass the ball without panicking when the opposition are chasing a goal.

Can't speak for City though.

He could be a very good ball playing CB.

Main candidates from each team:

AVL: Grealish, McGinn and Mings
BOU: Ramsdale, Ake and Brooks
NOR: Aarons and Cantwell
WHU: Rice, Diop, Fabianski, Yarmolenko and Anderson
WAT: Foster, Doucoure, Sarr and Deulofeu

Only one, possibly two I'd be interested in for Utd right now and it's the two the top clubs are already circling. I think the likes of McGinn, Doucoure, Sarr and all of the keepers could do a good job for any of the lower teams or indeed those that come up.

Wilson and King will surely be high up on a few teams' shopping lists too.

Yeh, probably. I think when I started compiling I was focussing on younger prospects, and then I got to West Ham!

Young Mark Noble will surely be snapped up.

Just seen Danny Drinkwater is at Villa now. Remember him?! What a fall from grace (sort of) since his Leicester days.

More like why did they go for him after Kante and what possessed him?

Well OK, I'd take the cash but I am the elder side of 50 😥

What about Pukki? I heard he was the best player in the PL.

Buendia will be a great pick up for a top half team. He’s excellent on the ball so will have no problems fitting in at a team who see a lot of the ball. He might not be a good fantasy asset, but he’s a great player. I actually wouldn’t be surprised to see Liverpool pick him up on the cheap as a depth player given they’re going to lose Lallana and, possibly, Shaqiri.

Only one of them will be playing in the PL next season though.

Definitely a name I missed earlier, also not sure why Pukki wasn't mentioned often. Would love to see him in the PL next season at Villa..

I would also like to throw Fornals' name in the mix. Nifty little player.

Doesn't he struggle to get into the Norwich side?

Slightly off topic. Who do people think will go down?

I think Norwich are definitely gone. I have a feeling Villa will get out of it and West Ham will drop in along with Bournemouth.

Big call.

Villa's fixtures are poo. I think they'll go down along with Bournemouth. West Ham have the fixtures to haul themselves clear. And they've also got David Moyes, who's a winner. That's what he does, he wins.

As much as I'd like WHam to go down, I think it is these 3, with quite a few from Bournemouth staying up with Mings, Grealish, possibly McGinn and a few Canaries.

Sarr has potential but the top clubs seem to have stocked up on wide players.
