Yes, I never said he was a bad option, just that I think Maddison (and possibly Tielemans) will score more than him over the next while, and as such, if a transfer was going to be burned, I'd opt for the latter pair. Fully accept that Martial has scored well (I owned him for those pre-injury goals), but I'm just less confident in United in general.

Glad I didn't move early and bring in Robertson then. 2 frees and thinking one will be a "punt" on the nu NEW Spurs:

Yarmolenko --> Moura/Son

Any thoughts on this. I've already used a transfer to get Lundstrum in, finally, and feel Yarmolenko is the obvious choice for the 2nd transfer, but not sure who is the best punt from Spurs. FYI, already got Martial/Mane/KDB as my other midfielders.

For the first time ever, in years of playing FPL, I might actually burn a transfer

I have 2FTs after playing my wildcard in GW9 and rolling since then, but nothing ITB so someone would need to be downgraded. I'm pretty happy with all of my front seven apart from Aubameyang (who's been disappointing, see here), but have decided to hold him for SOU nor BHA. The cheap defenders have been fantastic value, have good fixtures coming, and no money to upgrade to Robertson. Should I just shift Guendouzi to Dendoncker or a 4.4 to save some money?

There is no rush, patience my dear boy. If I had to take a punt on a Spud midfielder it would be Alli, who is most like FFL....

Rollin. Did my first 4-pointer of the season a couple of gameweeks ago to prep for upcoming fixtures.

Digne almost certainly out on his ear next week, barring an injury crisis.

At some point I need to use the stored transfer and some spare cash to resolve my non-playing sub GK (Button), or possibly bring back in Ryan for Gazzanigga to double on Brighton goalies. No rush though, especially considering the Seagulls' fixtures.
