Which Chips for the doubles and blanks.

Just trying to get my head around the upcoming blanks and doubles and wondering where best to use the chips.

I can field approx 8 players this week so think a chip would be wasted here, I can prepare for the next blank week (31) between now and then to give me 7 players hopefully would free hit be a good idea?

Then there is a big double (32), would wildcard be a good idea for this week?, or would i best playing it in 31 to give me opportunity to triple captain a player playing twice?

I'm baffled at this point, can anyone shed any light?
