ALL FISOers Welcome! (that have been a member since 2012 and have made 50+ posts)
You have until 12pm Sunday 24th February to pm me 8 scenes from the 269 scenes listed below, that you believe, will go the furthest in the Movie Scenes World Cup 2013.
You must make one scene your 'JOKER'. This will score double points.
In the case of a tie the earliest entrant will win.
Please see in red by each category the amount of qualifiers to the last 32 each will have. This may affect your predictions.

At an average scene length of let's say 4 minutes per clip it'd take you 18 hours to watch all 269.

A couple of mistakes have been pointed out to me.

The '12. The Life of Brian - I'll Bite Your Legs Off' scene is actually 'The Holy Grail' not TLOB. This will be corrected for the voting.

I missed out Mo Bot's 'A Few Good Men - You Can't Handle the Truth' epic speech scene by accident. As the predictor has started and is almost over this cannot be included in the game and as there are already 25 epic speech nominations I cannot include it in there however as there is space in the Omissions category I will place it in there once the voting stages commence.

If I tie 1st place then the person I tied with will be declared the winner due to my advantage of sending my team to rossn13 first.

I have choosen not to publish the 17 teams due to thoughts that it may potentially influence voting. These will all be published at the end of the WC. However I will be posting an updated league table each round from the last 16 onwards, this should add a little excitement not knowing what others have selected.

I will be starting the voting category threads tomorrow (Monday) afternoon. I will run four at a time for five days, each will include every youtube video. This is to give voters time to watch the scenes if they wish to. The voting stage should take 20 days, give or take.
In case of any ties during the voting ie. A category has 3 qualifiers but 3rd, 4th and 5th have an equal amount of votes then I will run a seperate poll of the tied scenes.
