I will be policing this league, but feel free to spy on each other and grass.
Teams over budget
Any teams over the starting budget of 44.0m get binned.
If during the season at team goes over the budget the fines will be:
Minus 10pts/week for 0.1m - 1.0m over
Minus 20pts/week for 1.1m - 2.0m over
A team with a value of 2.1m or over will result in instant disqualification
Should this league win the league of leagues then the fund will be divided as outlined for the TFF FISO league.
The manager is responsible for keeping their team within the rules.
If managers flaunt the rules then they will be made to list out the ten greatest managerial performances of Owen Coyle, asked to wear a pink tutu to their in-laws Sunday lunch or be chucked out.
So, how do you use those transfers? Steady progress under a limited budget or wait until the budget maxes out?
Over to you.
GAME ON!
