BTW is there a mistake with the fixtures at the start of this thread? The match-ups for GW10-11 are different to the actual matches played.

...or am I just missing something?


Edit: Just gone back to look at them again - and it was just me misreading the match-ups - I'd thought I was playing blahblah these last two weeks, not zipnolan!

I will struggle to qualify so I may take my ball home and cancel the cup if I fail to get through

edit: Max points if you ignore the 3 points you didn't get by losing a match.

GW13 Tables

The final head to heads are coming up over the next 2 weeks and it's all to play for
Group A - Oatfedgoat will take on Dixiedean and it is possible that all teams could end on 9 points.
Group B - Its 1 v 3 and 2 v 4 and the group is wide open.
Group C - The top 2 play each other and that could see Trickster1 qualify by next week.
Group D - 1 against 3 and 2 v 4 again and another open group where all have a chance.
Group E - hancockjr seems sure of qualification but has a head to head against jeffersden coming up. Karrde looks out of it.
Group F - A very open group but Spencer4 is out. Any of the other 3 can go through.
Group G - Only a disaster in the last 2 games can stop Hogmeister qualifying. MattyB will hope to capitalise on any slipup.
Group H - The top 2 clash and that means the bottom 2 are playing for 2nd place at best to try and qualify as a runner up
Group I - The top 2 play each other and owenclass is out. Mintman is looking at 2nd place only but 3 teams could end on 12 points..

I must admit I'm not feeling too brilliant at the moment,which probably explains why when I looked at the latest table,I wondered where my 100% record had gone since last week,as I'd just beaten Barry according to the above results.

Only upon staring at the screen in bewilderment did I realise that my opponent was not Barry but topspur

In form Barry's on my menu this week instead however

Thanks for the update, love the presentation... and the Group G table makes very pleasant reading right now! So a big thanks for timing the start of this competition with my recent run of form - if we'd started at the beginning of the season I'd have been out by now.

It's no use trying such double bluff with me barry, in the hope that I'll be taken by surprise.
I'm coming into our match-up off the back of a defeat,whereas you're coming in to it straight off the back of a victory.
For that reason alone,the bookies are bound to make you odds-on favourite,but I'm also carrying several injured players.
