Blah has also confirmed and entered, great to have you back blahblah! That's "FISO Baron Blahblah", to give him his full title, who allegedly was the guy who first dreamt up this league, way back in prehistoric times

Here's the updated list. 22 on here now, including brencarr (I don't know whether he was able to join or not), and there are currently 19 teams entered in the leagues so far, so just 2-3 still to enter..

26 names below, but only 25 in each of the leagues. I’m guessing that may be brencarr who has been unable to enter, and so we’ll be 25, but I haven't yet had time to do a full cross-check of names to see who’s missing. Watch this space

Right, time for the first update of the season. Let me know if any errors, as I’ve had to do this on my iPad from the Outer Hebrides (no, I’m not joking and, yes, it’s p*ssing down here!). Normal service will be resumed in a couple of weeks. Anyway, hope this is readable and correct.

Best FPL score was from kris_FISO with a very nice 91 points, while best in TFF land was Topspur with 73.

In the overall table (very much unlike Mourinho’s Spurs in their opening match )... Topspur and his Cockerel Army sets the early pace thanks to that big TFF score, followed closely by SiBrown4 and MorrisonDullForce.

While at the other end, Hayesag and Striker at least have the consolation that they are not on their own in last place!

Right, back home in front of a "proper computer" and I think I've got the lookup working, so that future updates should be a lot easier.

Here's the updated table. This image looks a bit small, but hopefully you can read it - if not, just shout! (and any suggestions of how to make an image file appear bigger would be gratefully accepted)

Topspur leads the way, 40 points clear from my fellow Royals supporter Morganb, with The Dude Abides in third.

Meanwhile at the other end of the table, after a pretty awful week... it's blah

Been rather a long wait for an update, but here goes...

Feels a bit like deja vu - amazingly after more than a month, the top three have stayed the same - Topspur out in front, MorganB in second and the Dude in third. Topspur and MorganB way out in front in FPL land, while it's a lot tighter in TFF, where kris_FISO (in fourth overall) leads the way....

...and meanwhile nothing has changed since last time at the bottom either... sorry blah

I've only just found this thread as it was in the Games Forum rather than the TFF side games section I usually look in, so half way through the season and I've only just seen the scores for the first time

Last update was a while ago and pre the Christmas frenzied schedule, so any chance of an update on this @hogmeister

Jeez, I'm rubbish at running this side game, sorry!! ...but with just two weeks to go in the season, I thought I'd get an update out.

So Johnnyhp sitting pretty at the top, thanks to a big lead in TFF, but the gap to second of just 24 points is nothing in this game and Reds363 is still in with a good chance. Morganb, 37 points further back, is probably the only other player still in the running with everyone else being 100+ off the lead.

MorrisonDullForce, who leads the FPL table (and myself, in second) have our rubbish performance in TFF to blame for not being further up the table.

Congrats to Johnnyhp, who held on to win by just 31 points from Reds363, with Morganb filling the remaining podium place.

Johnnyhp topped the TFF table and ended up in 9th place in the FPL table, which was enough to win.

Meanwhile MorrisonDullForce topped the FPL table, but was let down by his TFF performance, where he finished 5th bottom.

But the most consistent player across both formats of course has to be blahblah, who secured last place in both - impressive consistency there

I have also updated the Hall of Fame, and Reds363 moves up to second in the all-time list thanks to his second place this year.

So that's all for me this year, many apologies for the lack of updates through the season.

Advance notice - I will not be running it next year (I'm thinking of dropping TFF altogether in fact), so if anyone wants to pick up the reins, please feel free to do so. And if anyone does that, and wants some advice/tips/whatever just PM me (or Mystery, who ran it before me).
