...is now being flagged up on the ff front page - no mention of prizes yet, but it's 2 players per country, 12 transfers in phase one, 6 in phase two, no price restriction on players. the link's here somewhere.....

Nope, Greater Manchester/Cheshire, though there are roots in the family that trace back to Ireland, not sure where though.
