Ante Post Sports Prediction Prize Game **now in play**

Now working as I do in the betting industry as a Marketplace Manager for Ladbrokes I come across a lot of Ante-post sports bets. Combining this with my love of Fantasy games, I have a game for us to play...

'Simply' predict the winners of each of the following Competitions and tournaments. All selections to be in by January 31st. Clearly you're taking some punts for future events, but that's ante-post for you right?

Everyone starts with a pot of £500 and out of this a fictitious £10 e/w (or £20 win if its a win only market) will be placed on each of your selections. As well as this, a £5 e/w accumulator on the lot if anyone could go through the card!! Any Non Runners will be treated as a loser for the purpose of this competition.

On February 1st I'll apply the odds (best odds on Oddschecker) as they are for each of your selections and the e/w terms for each market. Then on December 31st whoever has the most in their pot wins!!! I shall post an update as each event finishes, as well as some sort of fancy grid..tiebreaks if needed will be counted back on number of event winners, number of event places, highest odds winner picked, highest odds place picked, coin toss, duel, thumb war.

There will also be a £50 win only 'Joker' to be used on any of the listed events as you please. This can be played at any time during the year but must be declared before the event starts.

As a prize, I will post free bet vouchers to the top three to be used in any Ladbrokes as you please

I should point out.......if anyone wants to play their £50 joker on either of the golf money lists, it MUST be declared before Feb 1st. Won't be allowed after that.

Keep your joker gunpowder dry would be my advice. Even a fictitious £50 single is exciting...

Just thought, I should have put the World Snooker in! A suggestion to all.....switch the World Snooker for the IPL???? Thoughts....
