Week 18 Captains
Sat :-Aubameyang
Sun :- Boly
Mon :-Richarlison
Really need Aubameyang to perform as i've now gone to 4-4-2 and dumped Salah.

Typical that Salah scores Now got to hope he gets subbed early which is one of the reasons i took him out.

I replaced Salah midweek for Aubameyang. I need to learn to be more patient. Fingers crossed Aubameyang gets a couple.

Salah MOTM ... so a nice 48 points to kick off the weekend in my best team.

Re: Week 18 Captains
Only if he has Salah as well and Kane matches him.
If he hasn't got Salah then he'd be like me and need his captain to match Salah and an enabler that a small % have to score 24+ pts to keep up.
The only way my weekend can be saved is an Aubameyang hat-trick and then someone like Paterson scoring big and it's not looking likely.

10pts for Aubameyang so it's a 38pt mistake for me.edmo33 wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 16:04keep the faith kiddaitslikebrandnew wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 15:29Only if he has Salah as well and Kane matches him.

Paterson goal and clean sheet has possibly limited the damage for me. Is the man of the match generated by computer does anyone know? If so could it be that being classed as a defender and scoring a goal and a clean sheet gets him man of the match.
A scoring draw between Chelsea and Man City might claw back a few points for me. I'm probably just clutching at straws now

Re: Week 18 Captains
I had Laza up until last minute because he didn't look like featuring, slammed Salah in and happy days! Don't know why he's showing on 38 points mind, should be 44?!

Paterson WAS motm ... just go to sky football, look at results and the motm's are listed within the write-ups.itslikebrandnew wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 17:0710pts for Aubameyang so it's a 38pt mistake for me.edmo33 wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 16:04keep the faith kiddaitslikebrandnew wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 15:29Only if he has Salah as well and Kane matches him.

Re: Week 18 Captains
Thanks, so that will be 19pts for him. Nice return for such a low value player. With 2 Wolves defenders playing tomorrow i might get a respectable score with a clean sheet but not sure it will do me any good as i expect all the leaders have at least 1 Wolves defender.edmo33 wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 20:39Paterson WAS motm ... just go to sky football, look at results and the motm's are listed within the write-ups.itslikebrandnew wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 17:0710pts for Aubameyang so it's a 38pt mistake for me.edmo33 wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 16:04keep the faith kiddaitslikebrandnew wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 15:29Only if he has Salah as well and Kane matches him.

Going to have to try to claw some points back Christmas week with a transfer.

I got it wrong again yesterday. Not getting much luck lately. Perhaps i'll get all the luck over Xmas and New Year. A couple of massive weeks coming up then.

Re: Week 18 Captains
Being near the top it's not going to matter if Richarlison gets 10pts or 50pts. I think it's safe to assume everyone near the top is on Richarlison so it's not going to make any difference to my week
