October Claims

Claims are now invited by 20 November for October's Champion of Champions prize courtesy of www.Fanbanta.com.

Once all claims have been received I will ascertain the TFF position for the month with GFM (who run TFF). When you post your claim on this thread, also send me a PM or email detailing your full name and team(s) name in TFF. If however you were in the top 100 you can check the TFF October top 100 here:

See my calculation below for an example of how to work out your score.

Total teams for the month (remember you need a minimum of one entry in each comp):

Ch 4 - 70,121 teams
TFF - 269,000 teams
YTM - 83,746 teams

Finishing position points (calculated in terms of placing as a % of total entrants)

· Finishing in top 0.005% of entrants or better – 20 points
· Finishing in top 0.01% of entrants – 18 points
· Finishing in top 0.02% of entrants – 16 points
· Finishing in top 0.05% of entrants – 14 points
· Finishing in top 0.1% of entrants – 12 points
· Finishing in top 0.2% of entrants – 10 points
· Finishing in top 0.5 % of entrants – 9 points
· Finishing in top 1% of entrants – 8 points
· Finishing in top 2% of entrants – 7 points
· Finishing in top 5% of entrants – 6 points
· Finishing in top 10% of entrants – 5 points
· Finishing in top 20% of entrants – 4 points
· Finishing in top 30% of entrants – 3 points
· Finishing in top 40% of entrants – 2 points
· Finishing in top 50% of entrants – 1 point

Bonus points
· Overall winner of a competition – 20 point bonus
· 2nd place in a competition – 15 point bonus
· 3rd place in a competition – 10 point bonus
· 4th-10th place in a competition – 8 point bonus
· 11th – 20th place in a competition – 6 point bonus
· 21st – 50th place in a competition – 4 point bonus
· 51st – 100th place in a competition – 2 point bonus

NB. The monthly winners will be announced 14 days after the end of each game month. You must make a “claim” within 7 days of the end of the game month to qualify for the prizes. The overall winner will be announced 14 days after the end of the season – again make sure you “claim” within 7 days of the end of the season to qualify for the prizes.

My October score is worked out as follows:

Ch 4 - 20,459th out of 70,121 teams is 29% and 3 points

YTM - 1,481st out of 83,746 teams is 1.77% and 7 points

TFF - Unknown out of 269,000 teams (TBA)

None are in the top 100 so no bonus points.

My total score for CofC September is 10 points (plus my TFF points to be ascertained via GFM next week along with everyone else's).

With a maximum of 14 points available for a non-top 100 TFF finish, the top 3 (so far) for October is between the following:

andye - 57 pts
C.Sativa - 36 pts
olbigead - 31 pts + TFF pts
nigel1305 - 24 pts + TFF pts

Anyone else with a decent score?

Forgot all about this:

YTM 64th = 0.076% = 12pts + 2 bonus = 14pts

CH4 235th 0.335% = 9pts

TFF 57th = 0.021 % = 14pts + 2pts = 16

Total 39

Best TFF team was THE HAND OF DODD in 364th which is in top 0.2% and thus 10 points.

Total score thus 34 points.
