Re: Season 2010-11 * Weekly fixture schedule & amendments *
Interesting revelation in the Daily Mail
More severe weather could present more headaches, and again force the Premier League to clash with UEFA by staging some of their matches on European nights, even though there is an agreement that that should not happen if possible.
That leaves just a couple of midweek dates in early January, one in April and one in May for called-off matches to be played.
Due to internationals, FA Cup replays and an agreement that Premier League games cannot take place in midweek when there are Champions League ties, dates are fast running out. The only clear ones available are:

What a non-story. That "agreement" has been broken many times in recent seasons. And they've excluded two further weeks that are "set aside" for FA Cup replays, but in reality will probably see some PL matches arranged there.

Sky must be assuming there is an ITV live game on Weds 2nd March which is why they have picked the Tuesday

Re: Season 2010-11 * Weekly fixture schedule & amendments *
Everton's clash with Birmingham has been provisionally rescheduled for 23 February.
The date is dependent on Birmingham not reaching the Carling Cup final.
Should Alex McLeish's side overcome West Ham in the two-legged semi-final, the game against Everton will be played on 9 March.
Whether played on 23 February or 9 March, the game will be an 8pm kick off.
The original game was scheduled to take place at Goodison on 26 December, but had to be postponed because of frozen pipes.
Tickets issued for the original game will be valid for the fixture, regardless of the date it is played.
Further details regarding tickets for the rearranged date will be made available in due course.

FA Cup 4: speculation
Southampton versus Man United looks an obvious candidate for live TV on Saturday 29 Jan (or even Fri 28?).
Sunday looks unlikely as MU meet Villa two days later (there's a full EPL fixture set on Tue-Wed 1-2 Feb).
Now, will ITV and ESPN look past the all-Premier League pairings in deciding their coverage?
Fourth Round ties:
Aston Villa v Blackburn
Bolton v Wigan
Everton v Chelsea
Fulham v Tottenham
Arsenal/Leeds v Huddersfield
Birmingham v Coventry
Burnley v Burton
Doncaster/Wolves v Stoke/Cardiff
Notts Co v Leicester/Man City
Sheff Wed v Wycombe/Hereford
Southampton v Man Utd
Stevenage v Reading
Swansea v Leyton Orient
Torquay v Crawley
Watford v Brighton
West Ham v Nottm Forest
My guess is live Cup games at 12:45 & 5:30 on Sat and three more on Sun at, say, around noon, 2.30 and 5:00.

The MetPolice in London are having problems on Sat 29 Jan with a big set of demos
Millwall have just moved their game to Friday night Jan 28th at short notice

Is this from a new batch of Sky dates???
Two of Liverpool's fixtures in March have been altered so they can be shown on Sky TV.
Our home clash with Manchester United will now be played on Sunday, March 6 at 1.30pm, while our visit to Sunderland has been moved to Sunday, March 20 at 1.30pm.

Including that game ESPN have now picked 19 out of their 23 including
the latest 2 games at Man City and Everton in March
They have just 4 left to pick
They have picked Man U 5 times and have ignored Blackburn
There is a maximium and a minimum for each club

Due to international fixtures taking place during the designated FA Cup fourth round replay week (February 8/9), we have agreed with Fulham to schedule any possible replay at White Hart Lane for Saturday, February 19, kick-off 3pm.
However, the date and kick-off time remain subject to change depending on TV selections and the outcome of the fifth round draw.
