In particular Arsenal v Wolves on the 3rd of April.. How soon will i know if it stays a sat game or it gets moved?

They are supposed to announce dates at least 6 weeks in advance. Sky tends to release a month at a time and that match is at the start of the month, so the 6 weeks will be a pretty accurate figure. Probably w/c 15 Feb you'll find out.
Wolves aren't in the UEFA Cup so it shouldn't be moved to a Sunday, for UEFA purposes anyway. Man U v Chelsea is that weekend and will surely be picked for telly. However it is Easter weekend so the chances of a peculiar kick-off time are increased. I notice the Fulham v Wigan game is on Easter Friday for example. That could catch a few people in FPL out as there'll be an early gameweek deadline.
