Which formation is the best

The three at the back helps me improve my midfield. But my defence is weaker. Maybe three at the back is the way to go as not many teams are getting clean sheets

Yes it looks like a poor year for the defenders, and midfields not much better.
I’d go for the recently added option of 0-0-10.
