Defence
No one is keeping clean sheets regularly.
Man City have a defence with no defenders in it and Pep rotates more than a spinning top.
Who is going to be the first team to put together a run of clean sheets?

Re: Defence
Probably why we're not seeing the Leader board littered with the regulars. I think once
Liverpool etc stop shipping then we will soon see the rise of the Dots and hear the noise of the Rosas
(as I'm pretty sure he initiated plan B himself this year) You would think Liverpool would be the Team to go on a run. Chelsea came close to three on the trot. Could be a case of being happy with your front line and swapping your defenders around depending on fixtures.

Re: Defence

Re: Defence
51 clean sheets so far (was 59 this time last year)
Biggest impact as Walt says is so many would have expected Liverpool to repeat their frugality (averaged 19 per season (or 1 in 2). Currently managed 2/10 in the league.
City have managed 1 in 2 in all comps; but the defenders with most starts (walker and Otamendi have been dropped most recently).
Clean sheets so far (league games only):
City 4
Sheff Utd 4
Brighton 3
Burnley 3
Palace 3
Everton 3
Leicester 3
Newcastle 3
WHU 3
Wolves 3
Arsenal 2
Villa 2
Bournemouth 2
Chelsea 2
Liverpool 2
United 2
Southampton 2
Spurs 2
Watford 1
Norwich 1
Liverpool have form for clean sheets
They’ve now got their keeper back
Should also be noted that Liverpool have now played Chelsea, United, Spurs, Leicester and Arsenal in their first 10 (all should be vying for 3rd-8th).
