The F1 2023 season has already started and the sport’s fans are really enjoying the fact that for a full 9-month period and up until the end of November, they will be able to watch their favorite drivers and favorite teams race in the 23 Grand Prix that have been listed in this year’s schedule.

Tracks with twisty corners, steep turns and tight changes might suit those drivers who are more comfortable with low average speed and control, whereas tracks with long straights might suit those drivers who are more proficient in speed.  

Take the case of the Singapore Grand Prix, which is one of the most challenging  tracks of all. Not only it features 23 corners, which makes it really stressful to control the car, it also takes place at night as it is a night race and this puts an extra burden for drivers. And on top of these, the heat and the humidity make some drivers’ really uncomfortable. Still, however, no matter how challenging and difficult this track is, there are some drivers who manage to perform remarkably well compared to others who generally mess things up!

Overall, the circuit influences the mood, the morale and the confidence of drivers.
