I've set you a league on Yahoo for the 2010 season. If anyone is interested in joining my league just click on the link below and enter the league details.

After completing registration, or if you already have a team, click the "Create or Join Group" button and follow the path to join an existing private group. Then, when prompted, enter the following information... Group ID#: 2045 Password: tiger. We will send you a confirmation with further details once you have completed the registration process.

How annoying. It does somewhat diminish ANY desire to enter. For those who haven't already seen, here is rule number one of the Comp:
"1. ELIGIBILITY. The PGA TOUR Yahoo! Fantasy Golf ‘10 Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to individuals 18 years of age or older, who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and who are signed up for Yahoo! Fantasy Golf ‘10."

Does the "Power of whinging FISOites" carry across the pond?....or could we "Nominate" a trusted source (for example KDUB) to collect winnings on our behalf?

This game is like the lottery, but with golf.

In 2 years I haven't got anywhere near a prize (which are pretty minor league anyway if memory serves me correctly)

There are literally hundreds of thousands of entrants, so it really is just a bragging right thing...............unless of course you've entered the £5 sub-league:

Good point, well made. I reminded myself that I get miffed with the hopelessness of all the huge Fantasy games with massive entries (eg Newspaper Football Dream Team etc) - much better odds in Winner takes all pot and good value too
