Team Selection

* Pick 11 players using either a 4-4-2 or 5-3-2 formation.

* Stay within the £55m budget.

* You can pick a maximum of two players per club.

Transfers

* Before the 2010/11 Premier League begins you can make unlimited changes.

* Once the season has begun you can make a total of 25 transfers.

* You can't make more than five transfers in a calendar month.

Points Scoring

* All players score points for goals and assists.

* Goalkeepers and defenders earn points for clean sheets, but lose points for goals conceded.

4-4-2: Two full-backs, two centre-backs, four midfielders and two strikers.
5-3-2: Two full-backs, three centre-backs, three midfielders and two strikers.
