The Times predicts fixture disruption in the Premier League but can't come up with any specific concerns:

Football is bracing itself for a weekend of disruption after heavy snow was forecast to fall across much of England today. All Barclays Premier League clubs except Fulham and Portsmouth have undersoil heating at their grounds, but it is not the state of pitches that is causing most concern.
Arsenal’s FA Cup fourth-round replay against Cardiff City on Tuesday was called off because of the state of the roads and pavements around the Emirates Stadium and there are fears that it will be too dangerous for fans to travel to matches this weekend.
Portsmouth are confident that their televised Premier League match against Liverpool will go ahead at 5.30pm tomorrow as long as the South Coast is not hit by heavy snow. The Fratton Park pitch has been covered and heated with hot air all week to make sure that it is playable. Portsmouth’s match against Manchester City last month was called off when temperatures fell to minus 7C (20F). “We have taken every measure possible,” Portsmouth said. “Hopefully, there won’t be any problems.”
Looking at the road cameras in the Chelsea area, there's no snow visible at all right now. Outside my window, a mile or two west from Tottenham's ground, there's a mild smattering of snow. We're expecting a few more cm during the day but I don't think it'll be a problem.
