Whoever is really in charge this year couldn't give a flying eff that much is evident.

Today is day 115 of nobody receiving any prizefunds.

Many weeks now the Sun keep sticking in big adverts in the daily paper with WRONG and misleading information. Surely , as mentioned before, somebody has to vet what is being published..

I can think of three recent instances where the info is nothing short of eff slapdash, because at the end of the day the Sun this year have made it clear they couldnt give a flying eff about the player.

Instance 1- MADDOG AND OTHERS MENTIONED THAT THE SUN WERE ADVERTISING REGULARLY TO PLAY THE MONTHLY GAME NOW WITH THEIR SPECIAL OFFERS , WHEN THE SEASONED PRO,( or anyone who read the rules about entry for a monthly) WAS FULLY AWARE THAT THE DECEMBER MONTHLY HAD ALREADY SAILED.

Instance 2 - I MENTIONED LAST WEEK THAT THE SUN SAID THE TRANSFER WINDOW WAS NOW OPEN WHEN INFACT IT DOESNT OPEN UNTIL THIS sATURDAY.

Instance 3 - TODAYS SUN HAS A FULL ONE PAGE UPDATE WITH THESE COMMENTS ABOUT THAT FAT USELESS PIECE OF SHIT BARNDOOR FRANK.

Andre Villas- Boras may not be a big Frank Lampard fan - but the Chelsea star is still the highest-scoring midfielder in our Dream Team Competition this term.

If you still want to do a AVB and dump 92-point Frank then the seasons third transfer window opens on Saturday.

MID 728 D Silva Man City 17.5 £5.5m 96
MID 729 Y Toure Man City 18.8 £5.0m 94
MID 564 F Lampard Chelsea 12.3 £7.5m 92

HELLO ANYBODY IN..

Some may say nitpicking and small points but this ship is running aground at a rapid rate it's obvious whoever is at the eff helm is IS TAKING THIS SHIP DOWN QUICKER THAN THE eff TITANIC.

How hard is it to check some simple stats before publishing drivel.

Some may say I'm nitpicking, but it actually took 2hrs and 40 minutes to sink the Titanic

1. Mini League tables are totally screwed up (have been all season, no effort being made to fix it)

2. You cannot see the 'bottom 100' of the leaderboards.

3. Poor ratings as standard.

4. Continually misleading adverts/website text.

5. Do not live by their T&C's but thats ok, if u dnt live by them u r doomed.

6. Bad customer service (lies, lies and more lies)

7. No foresight to see that ppl would rip apart the 1 Free team rule.

8. IMO a poorly thought out game this season in terms of prizes and game structure.

9. Not able to get cheques out in a reasonable time.

Overall a game to do with being a good manager is ironically badly managed, unorganised, incompetent and untrustworthy.

The only thing that keeps us coming back is the fact we Fiso'ers (well a fair few of us) know how to make money out of the game, the design of the website and the various prizes are a winner for me and thats why I am still happy to play the game. Dream Team management are taking a game that should be immense to a game that is now a bit shoddy.

One way or another they have killed the game for next season. Nobody will want to play a game where the the idea is to give away all your money as fast as you can without getting anything in return. :|

These happy snappy days are now gone.

I don’t mind entering games that I have very little chance of winning anything & losing my money, that’s my choice.
However when you know that you have won something I like the idea of being paid out
That might seem like a novel idea but one that other competitions can & DO achieve.
I remember a few years back that there was a £1 million prize that talk sport helped to promote & that went bump before the end (not sure if they actually paid out) & the worry is that this happens with dreamteam. No announcements regarding payments, emails saying cheques are in the post, excuse after excuse.
Why cant they pay the money straight into your account ? they take it quick enough!

Not defending them but I would question some of footy's points just to offer some kind of balance

1. Mini League tables are totally screwed up (have been all season, no effort being made to fix it)
Look fine to me

2. You cannot see the 'bottom 100' of the leaderboards.
Yes you can

3. Poor ratings as standard.
Always have been subjective always will be subjective, part of the game imo

4. Continually misleading adverts/website text.
True, they are shoddy when it comes to accuracy in their promotions

5. Do not live by their T&C's but thats ok, if u dnt live by them u r doomed.
True they don't stick to the T&Cs, but then lots of people have broken the T&Cs and get away with it

6. Bad customer service (lies, lies and more lies)
Yep, helpdesk are rubbish

7. No foresight to see that ppl would rip apart the 1 Free team rule.
They are dealing with it, but very inneffectively

8. IMO a poorly thought out game this season in terms of prizes and game structure.
If you are referring to MLs then I think ML prizes had to go, they were just being milked by a handful of syndicates. I think the top 100 prizes are a good idea, gives everyone a better chance

9. Not able to get cheques out in a reasonable time.
Biggest problem, no excuse at all, outweighs all the other points

I don't play the game and certainly wouldn't stick up for them, but like most games T&C's are complained about. However most players read what they want to and always seem to miss the bit that says

The Promoter reserves the right to amend and/or waive these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof at any time and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof, and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation or payment being payable or paid to any entrant

I suppose one could say they do stick to them, we players just don't like them changing them. I could of course be wrong and not read them correctly.

As Edmund Blackadder would probably say "There hasn't been anything run this badly since Olaf the hairy, King of all the Vikings, ordered 80,000 battle helmets with the horns on the inside." :(
