This can be done by (if you can be bothered) going on the stats page and finding the page where all players with a certain score start..and the player on the top of the pile is the one who's made the least transfers and is more likely to be inactive.

I've found this lucky twit, equal on points to me and ranked higher with his only transfers coming in GW5 where he used his wildcard!
