Okay so Carroll is injured for the Spurs game, so he's out the question.

I got in Eardley this week for a 4 point hit part of funds for the Bent transfer, he's also got a DGW. He's got both his games at home, but I've also got Coleman at home to a struggling West Ham side and Bale who is just Bale against Newcastle away.

So which one do I leave on the bench?

I'll say Bale.

Definitely not Coleman. He plays right mid so not only do you have a possible clean sheet but possible assists and goals from him.

Has to be between Eardley and Bale. Toss of a coin really. I would say Blackpool have a better chance of a clean sheet against Sunderland now Bent has gone and Wellbeck is injured.

I was thinking about leaving out Bale too, but he's amazing. NO WAY I'm leaving out VdV though.

I'd say Eardley - I'm benching Cathcart as I can see their defenders ending up with a negative score against Utd and likely to let at least one slip against Sunderland.
