I currently still have my original wildcard and regret not using it earlier in the season. Due to this my team value is only £105.2m and it's making my team selection in the January wildcard a little more tricky.

When did you use your wildcard, and if you still have it - do you regret not using it sooner?

Haven't used it and no regrets about it.

Last year I used it GW3 and hovered about 400k until the end of jan when things started to go right - more from better planning for fixtures than anything else. Didn't this year and am hovering about 10/20k. Team values are about the same this year until last.

Am hoping for cup/weather fixture carnage at some point to maximise the WC.

Havent used mine yet. Got 107.1 team value with 0.6 in the bank and hovering in between 5k-12k for the last 5 weeks.

I think the original wildcard will be so helpful at about the GW30 stage. Will really help to get the edge above your rivals in mini leagues too. Value does not equal points.

Knee-jerked it, GW3. Despite picking whoever I wanted for GW1 and again for GW2. I suck in the early part of the season.

I probably suck all season, but it feels like you're improving as people's teams go idle and you move up the overall rankings!

I still have both available, not regretting it one bit. Only thing I regret this season is having had Suarez for too long (while being tempted by Ba over and over again).

I kind of meant after GW3, so for GW4. Still friggin shocking, but very slightly less so than GW3

Had a cracking GW1 team but completely ruined it with the free wildcard.

Had to use my first real wildcard a couple of weeks later to fix the damage. Happy I did as it got me a nice run of green arrows and price rises.

I usually knee jerk in the first 3 gw's

I rode out the first few gameweeks this year......... decided to use the wildcard when I got a real idea of the players who were about to come into really good form

Gameweek 7 - Rank = 192,296

Wildcard..... brought in RVP, Ade & VDV

Gameweek 13 - Rank = 1,260

I think if your plodding along in the top 300k then there is no real need to wildcard early on, it is when you notice players like RVP, VDV, Rooney, Aguero... starting to put togethor a few performances.. that is the time to play your wildcard and build your team around them

The fixture schedule released last June told us that three gameweeks from March onwards are going to be decimated by the FA Cup, so DGWs galore!

I think it may have been after week 3.

Havent used yet. Never really felt a need to as I have been quite fortunate with injuries and suspensions. Seeing as weather looks mild so far, I cant see many double gameweeks ahead so most likely use in last month or two for a final push.
