Well this international break leads to a lot of silence and here at the mail thread we are in the cul de sac of ghost town Fisoland...are we all thinking of all the transfers we have left and what to do with them?....or are we hoping to hang on with what we have?

I look at my teams...from high to low and think well they dont look bad but why isn't it working?

where to go?

Thoughts?

I'm not entirely sure what the question is  but I've used a few more transfers than I'd like, including one complete waste of a transfer that due to two rather freaky events has cost me 14 points, but other than that it's going ok. Expecting to hit the leaderboard by November 8-)

My general tactic in this game is use quite a few early on clearing out the preseason mistakes, bringing in the form/bargain players, and adjusting for the transfer window action. Then sit tight for a couple of months saving a few for the December push.

Think I was musing about teams that continue to look good on paper/screen...but still fail to be trail blazers. I have one team poppping in and out of the top 2k... and one on its way from terrble depths and the other three seem to be cast adrift. I like to use transfers quite lberally and save a few for a Christmas bonanza (which has yet to ever work  )

Guess I just have to be patient and look out for the 'next big thing'... the 'Manchester' start seems to have gone tepid...

Do not worry. Your team will start scoring points very soon. just pick the players that you think will contribute the most points for your team. Then do not touch them as you now when transferred out their day may come and the it is pointless to bring them back. The good run may be finished and if you are falling behind just pick different players because the others will all have Suarez, Rooney, Persie etc...

Good luck!
