I seldom if ever watch Channel 5, but lately on the few occasions I have switched it on I get this person in the background giving a running commentary as to what is happening on screen !! For example, tonight I switched on to CIS Miami and everytime there was a break in the actors dialogue this voice would come on and say something like "Jack walks from the bedroom to the kitchen and picks up a glass of water", it's as if someone is doing a commentary for the blind.

I wonder that it could be down to the fact that I bought a new telly a few months ago and perhaps there is a function on it for the blind which I have inadvertently switched on somewhere, but then again it only happens on Channel 5. Has anybody else had this problem ?
