Norwich v Arsenal - RvP has to score surely
Everton v Dogs - Nothing really jumps out at me.
Man C v Newcastle - Man C very, very stingy at home. Could be Newcastle's first loss. Balotelli for me. I Know Aguero says he's fit but, I got a sneaky feeling he's not fully recovered yet. He hasn't been on firm since he originally got injured.
Stoke v QPR - QPR are nearly as bad away as Stoke are. But Stoke don't score a lot at home. Low scoring. Shawcross possibly clean sheet and Star :?:
Sunderland v Fulham - Both teams are poor - Sessignon/Johnson or Dempsey.
WBA v Bolton - We're not playing well at home so far and Bolton score well away. Bolton have had a tough few games early on and I expect them to kick on here :( Klasnic.
Wigan v Blackburn - Moses (he has to score sometime this season - here's the best chance he'll get)
Swansea v ManU - Rooney's playing to defensively for me. I'll be picking Hernandez instead.

So, stand out players for me are RvP, Moses and Hernandez I think :)

Finding this week very tough to sort out for some reason

I had scattered around a few Swansea and Norwich players the last few weeks, obviously without success but I felt I needed to cover them. This week given their opponents I haven't bothered.
So this weeks hopeful selections go to Bolton and Blackburn players. I have also put a few Suarez captains in because I refuse to believe Chelsea have completely turned around their defensive frailties. On the flip side I have one Sturridge and one Torres but thats against my better judgement. Spurs 4 Liverpool 0 still is in the memory banks however.

Hard to see Norwich v Arsenal not be high scoring and to an extent Swansea v Man Utd also so thats where the bulk of my captain picks will go this week

Good luck everyone.

**Captain = Star Man of course 8-)

I often get the best starman but usually an obvious one so still end up nowhere near top 100 so going less obvious with a few Drenthe,Saha, and walters. then a couple of nani and torres.

pretty obvious call that 95% of dream team players would have also done  a good call is giving a not obvious player star man in all your teams and him scoring massive points

It is, but you have to be prepared to do it.

So how many times do you have him * in your teams?

Nor do I have a stupid amount of teams. I am just in a group with three others so helps to cover options.

You need to star him to stay with the rest, it is going to come down to the person that has the set to go with him.

Van Persie again....this is getting boring.

If you have starred VP u r in a good position (at the moment) but u need a solid overall team which is a tough ask unless u have 30+ teams. Even then u will be up against a huge amount of teams that have done the obvious and starred VP.

Think there will be goals in the Chelsea Liverpool game, maybe a double there.

I was just about to say.....I had an awesome team but VP not starred in it but Newcastle just scored.....

Had:

Hart :D
Richards :D :D
Clichy :D
Lescott :D
Kompany :D
Baines (extra) :D
Silva :)
De Jong :)
Dempsey :)
Aguero :D
Torres
Walters* :D
VP (Extra) :D

If Newcastle didn't just score then that team looked fairly strong even without VP starred...

Still plenty of games to play....and plenty more goals.

So who has:

-A Fulham/Sunderland clean sheet defence.

-With at least two of these three (one of them starred): VP, Yakubu or Helguson.

Anyone?

That late Newcastle goal destroyed many a good team. :(

Oh dear, all 200 million of your teams with VP starred but no Fulham/Sunderland defences?

What about a Man Utd defence?

My best is probably 3 Sunderland defenders, RVP* with Hernandez (not finished yet), Balotelli and Sessengon getting other guaranteed points. Suarez to play. That had 3 Man City defenders and Silva too

Plenty points still up for grabs.

From Profit and loss thread: Evolution (Isacca, Ashers, Postie, & Herc): £475 Invested, Won £500, Profit £25

=114 Teams.

In my book that is a lot of teams.
