Am I right in thinking that there won't be much in DGW's this season due to the Prem getting stuffed in the FAC Cup?
Now playing Doherty and Periera and dropping Rashford and Shaw.
I’d bench Laporte and Wan-Bissaka.Notned wrote:A little early, but struggling to decide on my defence for GW26..
Alderweireld (LEI)
Laporte (CHE)
Kolasinac (hud)
AWB (WHU)
Bednarek (CAR)
Which three to play?
City always look like they could concede a goal
What about Ederson or Guaita? I was planning on playing AWB over Bennet with Bennet first off my benchSmurphy's Paw wrote: ↑06 Feb 2019, 11:21City always look like they could concede a goal
Cardiff kept a clean sheet last time out and are set up to keep the score down. Southampton have improved from a lower base.
I suspect that the clean sheet odds will favour City but I’d play Etheridge for saves and BPs potential
Hmm, I currently have AWB on my bench and Doherty on the pitch. Obviously Doherty gets forward more than Bennett, the chances of a clean sheet are the same.slyger wrote: ↑07 Feb 2019, 19:09What about Ederson or Guaita? Im playing Digne and benching Richarlison this weekMartyBhoy7 wrote: ↑08 Feb 2019, 09:16Tough one this week, do you think I’ve got this right benching Wan Bissaka? For what it’s worth I’ll be transferring Sane out.

Yeah, i'm wondering if I should instead just bench AWB, play Bennet, and then play Guaita over Ederson. I haven't made the correct decision in weeks. Does anyone fancy City having a higher chance of a CS over Palace?Smurphy's Paw wrote: ↑07 Feb 2019, 23:53Hmm, I currently have AWB on my bench and Doherty on the pitch. Not sure I’d play Guaita either if that was my choice although I’ve not given that a whole lot of thought
Does this help?:slyger wrote: ↑08 Feb 2019, 21:14Yeah, i'm wondering if I should instead just bench AWB, play Bennet, and then play Guaita over Ederson. I haven't made the correct decision in weeks. no but that's pretty crazy that Palace's odds are so low when they have kept the 3rd most CS at home behind Pool and Chelsea. I guess the bookies don't rate the matchup and they sure as hell put more research into it than I do. Cheers. Invariably I will still make the wrong choice.Smurphy's Paw wrote: ↑08 Feb 2019, 22:14Does this help?:slyger wrote: ↑08 Feb 2019, 21:14Yeah, i'm wondering if I should instead just bench AWB, play Bennet, and then play Guaita over Ederson. Iwobi could get a 1 pointer this week, Suarez has to start this week and Mhkiteryan is back ive read and he is one of them Managers that change it at half time if not happy.Zimmerman wrote: ↑09 Feb 2019, 06:35Luiz - away at City so a clean sheet unlikely
Iwobi - probably start but returns not that great (but he easy opposition so you never know)
Gundogan - might not start
Which would you bench?
At the moment Ive got Luiz on my bench. I’m thinking if Gundogan starts, fine, I’ll take my chances of a haul. If he doesn’t, he’s an unlikely sub on, so I get Luiz instead anyway.
[for the record Iwobi and Gundogan are gonners when I get chance]
EDIT: last 14 league games, Gundogan has
started 8. Coming on as sub in 5/6 (so only completely sat out one game). 1 pointer incominng.
