Zichenko LWB imo, with right-footed Jonny moving to RWB.

Edit: Though Jonny has mainly played as a LWB in his career, so maybe that's just an option.

They're also signing Dendoncker (another DM who can play CB).

There was talk around him when WHU were making all these decent signings - but then their fixtures started putting people off.

Made the move to McDonald from Stephens based on this as well. Not expecting much mind!
Fulham have signed Lerma, who will presumably replace McDonald, so not much looks the right amount of expectation. Lerma is actually 4.5m himself, but is apparently a card magnet and will likely miss the first few games.

Gunnarsson, Schneiderlin and Stephens look the options for long term picks to me, and I don't like the idea of spending an Everton spot myself.

Billings (Hud) 4.5 currently holding a central midfield slot in a 3-5-1-1, he won't be the deepest midfielder (Hogg) & has a decent shot on him. Lots of new arrivals at the club, so don't know if he'll keep the spot, but it's his to lose.

Probably best to have waited until after 5pm tonight to do our teams I think with all these late moves!

Stephens I guess is the safest/least likely card magnet etc.

Lerma went to Bournemouth no? Although further research shows McDonald is a bit of a card magnet himself. 12 yellows last season. First choice last year and has played good minutes in the recent friendlies and likes to shoot from distance.

Thanks Stemania was not aware of that impending transfer. If Anguissa signs and it appears expected then that does indeed make Mcdonald a clowns choice.

Fulham signing a DM for £25m, another 4.5 option might be disappearing (McDonald). :(

There's hardly any left now, Lerma, Chalobah, Billing and Romeu look the only options.

Is Stephens not an option?

Yves Bissouma seems likely to grab his place according to Brighton forums.

Sure Stephens will start GW1 though.

So is there any 4.5 mid that is likely to start matches in a long term?

If not, I probably just go for the one that is likely to keep his price at least. I was considering Hudson-Odoi just because if he scores in GW1 he might even get a double rise, but now that it seems he doesn't start I think he is even a big drop risk!

There might be a new option at 4.5m - Dendocker has come in at Wolves. Belgium International - Wolves would not have taken him on loan, if they only want him as bench warmer. Maybe not safe for GW 1.

At Huddersfield there's Hogg (almost certain to start whatever formation) & Billing (almost certain in 3511. probable in 4231). At least one of them will play long term, unless Bacuna establishes himself (another 4.5) & they play 4231 & Mooy isn't pushed forward. I know - that doesn't help much. If i didn't already have 3 Huddersfield players I'd have Billing.

Zambo Anguissa at 4.5 may be a decent if unspectacular option. Dendoncker may be better at the same price of course

Is Schneiderlin more nailed?

Everton have some decent options when things settle down, do you want to be hamstrung out of 3 decent assets by Schneiderlin? Same reason to avoid Stek as benched 4.0 GK.

I suspect Schneiderlin misses out to Andre Gomes eventually.

Not much\any mention of Kante, yet he could be free to attack......

Going to have to shift H-O by the looks of things. Do not want to be taking a price drop early on, especially on a 4.5 mid. Who’s nailed then?

Stephens/Schneiderlin/Westwood/Romeu? Will probably never play unless required to make 11 men so just want someone that’s nailed minutes wise.
