I've assumed that it is Gary. Firstly he seems the better pick, secondly his post responding to robot and the spreadsheet issue suggests that he was happy with Gary, thirdly he's had time to point out that the spreadsheet giving him Gary is wrong. Managers are therefore free to select the Aussie.

Huge difference in barrel scraping when 14 managers are chasing the better players from 20 teams and when 11 managers are selecting from 32 teams.

In our league game one looks at one's own and other managers' teams and thinks, I don't really think much of most of those. Here one looks at most teams and thinks, they're not bad at all.

Agree the teams all look stronger than the prem equivalents - a number of decent picks still available as well including some risky picks that could be excellent signings if they do start / recover from injury in time.

One thing that's become apparent is the budget, which usually has little affect, will now be important.

I've realized that having spent all my money, I'm going to struggle to get Neymar, Muller etc in because I'll already have the cash in players in my team. I really need James and Messi to get knocked out now
