Pondered ADM to Sanchez, but I'll probably just want ADM back soon, so decided against.

Could use the FT in defence, but think I'm just going to hold and re-evaluate attacking options after the weekend, as I can field a reasonable enough back 3.

Had no choice, planned to do a -4 but Sterling dropped and Sanchez rose so had to take the extra, that is the midfield I had to have so took the hits.

Am doing ok in my leagues and in that bet so I guess I could afford the luxury, won't be making a habit of it though and they are my first hits this season.

Same, I also planned the moves then wanted to wait and got hit with price movements, while its so hard to track now I think I'm just gonna make them on Sat nights and run the risk of injuries.

I just couldn't make my mind up and was terrified that my possible outs (Terry, Sterling, Welbeck) could all score big and my moves backfire big time.

Not having Costa or Sanchez this week is absolutely terrifying though!

This is what worries me. Whilst it's wise to be patient with good players, as somebody suggested, there has to be a cut off point where you say enough is enough. Maybe that cut off point should be now. 4.9PPG for a 10m player just isn't good enough. I really want Sanchez and selling Hazard is the only way I can do it without major surgery.

With so many in my ML and overall teams having Sigurdsson that last move may prove to be stupid for a -4 but in the last few weeks I've held off on transfers and the player I wanted to bring in inevitably scores.

Swansea have some tough games whereas Everton have a decent run of games and I wanted some Everton coverage as they have goals in them and think Barkley can outscore Sig over the next 3 weeks.

Me too - best front 7 in the game that I feel at the minute.

Got the same front 8 as Gunnersaurus apart from he has Welbeck and I have Berahino.

Wow, I don't like those moves at all I'm afraid to say.

But, I must admit, if Sterling doesn't perform this week he'll have to go from my team too as he'll be shedding money even faster than he is now. I really don't like the idea of two non-playing subs, which I think is what Taylor and Bruce will soon become. For your sake I hope you're right about Taylor keeping his place long term, but I very much doubt it tbh and as a Newcastle fan certainly hope he won't.

Big week for many it looks like - lots of hits taken in midfield in this thread - all eyes on Sanchez, Hazard, ADM and Sterling. There's going to be some unhappy posters later tonight whichever way it goes. Will the gambles pay off, or will patience prove key?

Yep, Sterling goes for me after Newcastle regardless. I bought at 8.6 so get one drop for free then I'm into the territory of losing 0.1 per drop.
