HELP: Need Help and advice on my poor team

Hi Guys

I have a league at work and I am not doing so well.. I know it is only the second week but being 22nd in the table does not feel good. I need to make some changes but do not want to use my wild card. So any advice on what slow changes I can do to improve my performance would be great. Thanks

P.S. new to all this fantasy football stuff...

You could WC to a template team.

Sanchez to Haz/Sterling/Mane and Vardy to Firmino would be the first things you should do then Gross to Mkhi/richarlison

Could even get Sanchez to Mhki then Vardy to Auba/Aguero.
