Droughton RMT 18/19
Gone for this. Couple different players to most. I much prefer Pedro to any other 6.5 has a good pre season and could hold down one of the front 3 positions atleast until Hazard is back.
Gray at 6.0 is amazing value, good partnership with Deeney pre season.
Hope TAA starts over Clyne, don’t want to waste early transfers.

Very different. Kudos for not doing the usual template.

I can't say that I get Rom, Daniels, Gray and Erik(for GW1).

Re: Droughton RMT 18/19
Why?
The alternative to Erik & Gray would be Firmino + 6.0 mid and no mid at that price can match what Gray potentially scores this year (IMO)
Also if you look at the 6.0 stikers there is a lot of options there Barnes, Mounie, Austin, Rondon so lots of room for movement, so I like the Gray pick personally
Or it is Erik > 6.5/6.0 and Zaha > Firmino then I have 0.5/1 ITB to keep or upgrade elsewhere

It seems now, reading your reply, that you have constructed a season long pick... are you new here? Since when do we plan a team for the whole season?Droughton wrote: ↑10 Aug 2018, 08:54Why?

I know it's last minute but please plan your team for the next 10 GWs at the most and let us know if it's any different from the one above...

Looked at a few alternatives and decided to go with this
Eriksen Zaha Gray > Richarlison King Firmino

Re: Droughton RMT 18/19
One player I think who could have another very good season is Gudmundsson (6.0) for Burnley.
I think he could match what Gray potentially scores this year.
He did well for me last season and I think he is definitely worth consideration at that price point, but apart from that I do agree with you.

Re: Droughton RMT 18/19
Not a bad start 79 pts
Happy I switched to the players I did.
Alonso was in initially over Azpi, but I think they will average out of the season so sticking on Azpi
Transfer made are Firmino > Wilson as I think Bournemouth could net a couple past WHU and I would like either King/Wilson going forward. This funds Pedro > Mane as I think Pedro will be under rotation threat now seeing Hazard back so soon and it catches Mane price rise.
Team for GW2
Salah (C) at the moment because I don't want to lose ground on that crazy ownership and Aguero coming off towards the end isn't a good sign.... but I might sway to Aguero because of the home fixture. Looking at Aguero + Salah braces data last year the majority of braces or hattricks were home games

I agree he was in a couple of earlier drafts but I would like to asses how Europe effects Burnley first and not having him can't hurt too muchTheBigLewandowski wrote: ↑10 Aug 2018, 10:33One player I think who could have another very good season is Gudmundsson (6.0) for Burnley.

Re: Droughton RMT 18/19
Ended up on Aguero (c) so decent GW score of 65(-4) so far. Salah and Mane to go.
Considering my WC this week. There are a few changes I would like to make, mainly because WanB is a playing 4.0 so if restructure the defence I can push funds into mid and fwd.
Also given the plum run of fixtures coming up for Everton, Arsenal + Chelsea and both my GK not being anywhere near the other 4.5's.
This is what I have in mind
Lossl/Hart rotate well and both teams that like to shut up shop. Lossl should be back soon no way Hamer takes his spot after those errors.
Defence
TAA/Holebas/WanB/4.0/4.0
Mids
Salah/Mane/Richarlison … Mahrez has to go (might start and score decent points soon but he is a big rotation risk) Mkhi amazing fixtures and is heavily involved in everything Arsenal do. Siggy actually is keeping up with Eriksen creatively and way behind his expected assists. Run of games coming up against HUD, WHU, ars, FUL I think he can really score well and could always hit in a freekick.
Fwd
Aguero/Wilson/Morata
Morata a good differential (3.5%) and Chelsea seem to be scoring a lot of goals playing well, he has some really good fixtures up to GW6.. new, BOU, CAR, whu. After those he would be out for probably Vardy or if I take Siggy out it would be Kane - whos run is hud, CAR, whu. So I would have a striker playing against the teams who seem to be leaking lots of goals potentially rack up the points.
~~Ramblings to myself
5 - Aub + OR > Mor + Sig
7 - Mor + Sal > Kan + Al
8 - Ta > Duf
10 - Kan + Al > Sal + Var
11 - Mk > Greb
12 - Duf > Ta

Like the power front 7
Leaves the defence a bit ugly tho, I’d be tempted to do Robertson ️ TAA, and upgrade holebas to Laporte / Stones

Yeah you are right
U-turned on auba
Auba > Ings
Romeu > D Silva
Robertson > Mendy
Bennet > PVA
Looks better with either Ings or Wilson benched

PVA Schlupp (save 1.0m)
Ings/Wilson benched is a lot of money wasted. Either go with (a) Kamara or play your 3rd striker.
Personally, I don't like O.Romeo, he is a bit of a thug and low vfm even for 4.5m .
The defence needs some extra muscle but that is a strategic choice rather than players...
I'm also on my WC atm and it's ain't easy.
Good luck.

Thanks Ironfist. I’ll be keeping PVA to GW10 hoping to catch 2-3 goals from him in the good run of fixtures.Ironfist wrote: ↑21 Aug 2018, 21:45 PVA Schlupp (save 1.0m)

In a few weeks Ings goes to Kane and one of the mids downgrades to a 4.5 so won’t be wasting the bench player, until then they rotate ok and don’t mind keeping even just for maybe 0.1 extra cash when I sell.
The defence does look weakish if Wan-B doesn’t win his place back might have to do PVA > 5.0 and WanB > 4.5. See how it goes.

Yeah thought he only started because of that
I have 0.7 itb which I will hold until I find out if WanB gets his place back. If he doesn't him or Stank will be upgraded to a 4.5 rotate with Holebas

As in your Bromancer's thread why the WB doubt?
Just dump Stank now? Its a Transfer waiting to happen and your WC'ing...

Re: Droughton RMT 18/19
Wildcard timed well for GW3, gained me a lot of points and team value + looks stronger for next few GW's
Scored 60 pts not bad, 125k overall
Team for GW4
Transfer I made for GW4 was Richarlison out at 6.6 > Billing 4.5
Reasoning is I would prefer Richarlison long term over Walcott/Moura and I take the 0.1 profit & might get him back at 6.4.
WAN-B has a decent fixture so I'll just play him and then it makes me a lot more flexible for GW5 with 2.8 in the bank to upgrade with more info.
Potential...
Bennet > 6.0/6.5
Mkhi up to 9.8
Zaha up to 9.8
